The venue had exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the swimming pool was outstanding, with a sun terrace and sun loungers that made my stay even more pleasurable. the body scrub and facial services provided by the spa lounge were impeccable. the restaurant's food was delicious, and the poolside snack bar offered a variety of snacks. the private facilities were exceptional, with an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, massage, and steam room.

This hotel was comfortable and pleasant. the in-room dining food didn't meet the standards of a five-star hotel.

I recently stayed at Fairmont for two nights and had a great experience. The location was excellent, with access to Raffles City Mall and City Hall MRT. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the amenities provided for my baby were fantastic, including a cot, baby pack, and Avent bottle sterilizer. The room itself was modern, spacious, and well-equipped, making it easy to work and relax. The gym was also convenient for a quick workout. it was a great stay.

The only downside was that there were ongoing renovations, which meant that the pool was closed. While the hotel offered to drive guests to an alternative pool, it wasn't as convenient as having one at the hotel.

Like the reviewer in the database, I had dietary restrictions and the staff were great too accommodate my needs. They even prepared a special, healthy, and gluten-free meal for me. The care and dedication of the staff made my stay nice.

The hotel is conveniently located in a shopping mall with a food court. It is also close to a nearby shopping centre, and the underground metro is easily accessible. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The electronic devices for curtains and blinds are a nice touch.

It's disappointing that there is no free Wi Fi available, especially considering it is provided in nearby shopping centres.

The location was ideal, with easy access to the cruise terminal, a variety of food options in the nearby mall, and attractions like the Gardens by the Bay. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and amazing underground air-conditioned shopping malls. The hotel facilities were clean, and the breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options. I also enjoyed the view from my balcony.
